Shauna offers a safe and gentle, authentic yoga practice that is accessible to everyone. The focus is always to provide a calming, strengthening yoga practice. Take a moment to nurture yourself within the busyness and stress of everyday life. Moving with the breath releases tension and trauma stored in the body. Our breath is the link between body and mind. Resting the mind on the breath we begin to detach from the emotion, thoughts and unconscious patterns relating to stress and trauma. By creating this space over time we become empowered to consciously and freely let it go. Yoga will allow you to navigate your life with courage, resilience and grace.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu therapy uses the fingers, thumbs, palms and elbows to apply pressure to various areas of the body’s surface to help heal common ailments and conditions.

Pressure applied to points on the body promotes the flow of energy & self-healing. A Shiatsu treatment is a deeply relaxing experience and is known to relieve stress, and treat pain and illness.

A treatment regulates the nervous system and stimulates the circulatory, lymphatic and hormonal systems. Poor posture, joint problems, sprains, arthritis, sciatica, acute and chronic neck, shoulder and back pain are all treatable with Shiatsu.
